This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service as described in this policy. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, optional advertising and analytics cookies are used only after You allow them; simply using the Service is not consent to those optional purposes. Everywhere, You can turn them off in Cookie settings.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
Types of Data Collected
Personal Data
While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
Email address
Usage Data
Payment and billing information processed via Our third-party payment provider (see "Payment Information" below)
Content You submit to the Service, including songs, photos and text prompts (see "AI Generation Content" below)
Credits and transaction history (see "Credits Data" below)
Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.
Payment Information
Credit-pack purchases are handled by a third-party payment processor. When You make a payment, the processor collects Your payment card details, billing address, and other information necessary to complete the transaction. We do not store Your full payment card number on Our servers.
We retain only the information needed to manage Your account and provide receipts: a customer reference identifier issued by the payment processor, the last four digits of Your card, billing country, invoices, and a transaction history. The processor's own privacy policy governs how it handles the full card data.
AI Generation Content
When You use Our Service to generate music videos, We process the inputs You submit and the outputs We generate on Your behalf:
Songs You upload, which are analyzed for beat, structure and lyrics and used for lip-synced shots.
Song requests: the song ideas and lyrics You enter when You ask the Service to generate a song, the songs generated for You, and the lyrics transcribed from Your songs when You turn on lyric captions.
Photos of the people You want to appear in the music video, and optional text prompts describing the desired visual direction.
Generated storyboards, frames and music videosproduced by the Service in response to Your inputs, and any images or clips You upload to replace a shot.
Storage. Content stored by the Service is held on Cloudflare R2 object storage. We use this single storage backend for both temporary uploads and persisted generated outputs.
Retention of songs and photos. Songs You upload or generate are saved to My songs in Your account until You delete them. Photos and song parts You upload are held in temporary storage and are automatically deleted from it after about a day. When You make a music video, the photos and the part of the song it uses are kept with that music video, so You can make it again later. Images and clips You upload to replace a shot are kept with that music video too.
Retention of generated music videos. Music videos produced by the Service are associated with Your account and kept so You can retrieve them in My videos, download them, and so We can deliver and continue to improve the Service. Generated outputs remain available until You delete them from My videos or My songs or close Your account, subject to the general retention rules below.
We submit Your songs, photos and prompts to third-party AI model providers (see "Third-Party Service Providers" below) solely to fulfill Your generation requests. We do not use Your prompts, uploads, or outputs to train Our own models, and We require Our model providers not to use Your data for their own model training to the extent contractually possible.
Submitted prompts and uploaded photos may also be evaluated by automated safety systems operated by Us or by Our model providers in order to detect and block requests that violate Our Acceptable Use policy (such as NSFW or other prohibited content). Where necessary, We may retain limited records of blocked requests for abuse prevention and audit purposes.
Access by Our staff. Authorized members of Our team may view the songs, photos, prompts and music videos in Your account only to help You when You contact Us, to investigate a generation that failed or got stuck, to enforce Our Acceptable Use policy, or when the law requires it. Each such access is recorded in an internal audit log.
Product Usage Data
To understand which parts of the Service work well and where people get stuck, We record the steps You take in it, for example opening the create page, pressing Generate, seeing a credits offer, buying a pack or playing a finished video. Each record holds Your account (when You are signed in) or a random identifier kept in Your browser, the page, Your country and device type, and the time. It never includes the songs, photos, prompts or lyrics You upload or create. Where the law requires consent, steps recorded by Your browser are only sent if You allow analytics in Cookie settings. When You sign in, steps recorded earlier in the same browser are joined to Your account. These records are kept for up to 13 months.
Emails about Your videos
We email You when a video is ready or could not be made, and once when a storyboard has waited a day to be rendered. Each email has a link to turn these emails off, and You can switch them in Account settings. Receipts and sign-in emails are always sent.
Credits Data
If You purchase a credit pack, We store information about Your purchases and credit balance, including:
The credit packs You purchased and when.
Your credit balance, broken down by source (purchased credits and registration credits).
A history of credit transactions: credits granted, consumed (with the related music video identifier), refunded, or expired.
We use this information to grant You access to paid features, deduct credits when You use chargeable services, refund credits when a generation fails, and maintain an auditable record of Your account activity for billing, support, and dispute resolution.
Tracking Technologies and Cookies
We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on Our Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze Our Service. The technologies We use may include:
- Cookies or Browser Cookies. A cookie is a small file placed on Your Device. You can instruct Your browser to refuse all Cookies or to indicate when a Cookie is being sent. However, if You do not accept Cookies, You may not be able to use some parts of our Service. Rejecting optional cookies in Cookie settings does not prevent You from signing in, purchasing credits or using generation features.
- Web Beacons. Certain sections of our Service and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of a certain section and verifying system and server integrity).
Cookies can be "Persistent" or "Session" Cookies. Persistent Cookies remain on Your personal computer or mobile device when You go offline, while Session Cookies are deleted as soon as You close Your web browser. You can learn more about cookies on TermsFeed website article.
We use both Session and Persistent Cookies for the purposes set out below:
Necessary / Essential Cookies
Type: Session Cookies
Administered by: Us
Purpose: These Cookies are essential to provide You with services available through the Website and to enable You to use some of its features. They help to authenticate users and prevent fraudulent use of user accounts. Without these Cookies, the services that You have asked for cannot be provided, and We only use these Cookies to provide You with those services.
Cookies Policy / Notice Acceptance Cookies
Type: Persistent Cookies
Administered by: Us
Purpose: These Cookies identify if users have accepted the use of cookies on the Website.
Functionality Cookies
Type: Persistent Cookies
Administered by: Us
Purpose: These Cookies allow us to remember choices You make when You use the Website, such as remembering your login details or language preference. The purpose of these Cookies is to provide You with a more personal experience and to avoid You having to re-enter your preferences every time You use the Website.
For more information about the cookies We use and Your choices regarding cookies, see "Cookie choices and measurement" below.
Cookie choices and measurement
Learn how our partners use personal data: How Google uses your data and the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland: optional analytics and advertising storage stay off until You choose. We show a short notice where You can accept all, reject optional purposes, or choose analytics and advertising separately. Closing or ignoring the notice does not grant consent.
Other regions: optional analytics and advertising storage are on by default and no notice is shown. You can turn either purpose off at any time.
We work out the region from the country Our hosting provider reports for Your connection, or, if that is unavailable, from Your browser's time zone. We store only the result (a first-party cookie, musicmv_region, for up to 7 days), not Your country or IP address. When the region cannot be determined, We treat You as being in the opt-in region. Wherever You are, You can change or withdraw Your choice using Cookie settings in the footer or the link below.
The necessary first-party cookie musicmv_consent_v1 records Your choices, their timestamp and the notice version for up to 180 days. It is specific to this browser and device. We ask again when it expires, is deleted or the consent notice version changes. Withdrawing consent stops future optional use; it does not automatically erase information already lawfully collected. Contact Us to exercise Your data rights.
- Necessary: account sessions, checkout, security, language settings and Your privacy choice. Coarse first-party source markers used to determine reward eligibility remain available; these do not store ad click identifiers or authorize third-party tracking.
- Analytics: Google Analytics measures visits and interactions. Microsoft Clarity provides session recordings and heatmaps; it follows Your analytics choice through Google Consent Mode and does not set its cookies while analytics is off. Pageview counts page visits without cookies or persistent identifiers and runs for all visitors.
- Advertising: Google Ads measures advertising visits and purchases and personalizes advertising. It receives Your advertising choice through Google Consent Mode. With advertising consent, Your email may be supplied to Google for enhanced conversion measurement. If You reached the site from a Google ad and allowed advertising when You bought credits, Our server also reports that purchase to Google Ads (the ad click identifier, order number, amount, time and a hashed form of Your email), and later tells Google if it was refunded.
- Our own attribution: independently of these choices, We keep first-party records of how You reached the site (for example campaign parameters) and associate them with Your account and orders for Our own reporting. They are not shared with advertising providers on the basis of this record, except the Google ad click identifier sent with a purchase as described above.
We use Google's advanced Consent Mode. If You decline, Google tags may still send consent status and limited measurement signals without advertising or analytics cookies. Declining cookies does not mean that these services receive no network requests. Where consent is required, advertising user data and personalized advertising are denied until You allow the advertising purpose. When a purpose is turned off, We clear the known Google cookies on this site for that purpose; third-party cookies on other domains remain subject to browser and provider controls.

To deliver the Service, We rely on a small set of trusted third-party providers, each engaged for a specific purpose:
AI model providers — third-party AI providers used to fulfill Your generation requests with the songs, photos and prompts You submit.

Payment processing — a third-party payment processor handles credit-pack purchases, including card data and billing information.
Authentication and email — Google (OAuth) for users who choose to sign in with a Google account, and an email delivery provider for sign-in magic links and account-related messages.
We share with each provider only the information they need to perform their specific function, and they are bound by contractual obligations and their own privacy policies to protect Your data. The list above reflects Our current providers and may change as the Service evolves; We will update this Privacy Policy when material changes occur.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.
The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data and other personal information.
Delete Your Personal Data
You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.
Our Service may give You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Service.
You can delete individual songs and music videos at any time from My songs and My videos. To delete Your account, or to request access to, correct, or delete any other personal information that You have provided to Us, email [email protected] from the email address on Your account.
Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.
